    · Drug resistance: (MEK resistance) test
    · Test: When added to acrylic lotion for coating, the drying temperature and time are 80℃×10min
    · Due to the affordable price of the product, we can increase the dosage to enhance its performance.

  • High Polymer

    · Drug resistance: (oleic acid resistance) test
    · Test: When added to waterborne polyurethane resin for leather, the drying temperature and time are 130℃ for 5 minutes.
    · Test method: Apply oleic acid-containing absorbent cotton to the coating film (out of 35 points)

    Others:Long pot-life,non-yellowing

    · High storage stability, no yellowing, longer usable time compared to isocyanates, no excess by-products during reaction, and no carbon dioxide produced.
    · Due to its good dispersibility, no preliminary dilution is required.

    Reaction mechanism
    • The carbodiimide group can react with carboxylic acid at room temperature.
      Carbodiimide achieves a longer pot life through the following mechanism.
