Types of release agents
The function of fluorine based release agents is stronger than other types, which can compensate for the insufficient performance of other types of release agents

Characteristics of Fluorine based Release
Agents UR and UW Series
High demolding performance
The low adhesion of fluorine compounds developed independently demonstrates high demolding properties
Repetitive demolding (sustainability)
The characteristic of fluorine-based release agents is their minimal transfer to molded products, resulting in higher film durability
Mold is not easy to get dirty
Can be demolded in the film, with less dirt on the mold and molded product
Low transferability (non stick molded products)
There is no stickiness like silicone oil molded products
Stable size
Since the demolding coating film is a molecular-level thin film and lacks fluidity, it can be applied to molds with complex shapes, thereby improving dimensional accuracy and reducing defect rates.

Instructions For Use
• Improve durability by combining with metal parts
• Implement mold cleaning using organic solvents, etc
• Use a spray gun, brush, and wipe to evenly apply the release agent onto the mold. Dilute the original release agent solution by 5 times before use
• After applying the release agent, confirm if it is completely dry
• In the case of decreased demolding performance after molding, perform mold cleaning and demolding agent coating again
